Roaming Giants
A “Roaming Giant” is a special, rare AI dinosaur. Usually a large, powerful creature like a Brontosaurus or Apatosaurus—that wanders through a specific region of the map. This creature serves as a world boss-style PvE challenge meant for multiple players to engage with. These creatures are designed to offer high-risk, high-reward encounters. Killing one provides substantial rewards in XP & marks, or a special "Giant" skin when you kill like 5 or 10, for the dino you participated, encouraging both solo hunters and organized groups to pursue them.
It becomes hostile if players approach too closely or initiate combat. Its aggression radius is larger than standard AI. They have predefined but unpredictable paths, moving between the areas to add variety and surprise. Players are encouraged to work together. Damage dealt by each participant contributes to their personal reward. Players receive a large XP boost for participation, scaled based on the percentage of total damage they inflicted.

CrypticMaybe something could be added where you get scaling levels of rewards based on how much damage you did, with the one getting the killing blow in getting a special prize. That way everyone who participated can get something based on effort, and not just who happened to get in the final shot. Great idea overall!
