Family Concept Overhaul
I think families could be a much bigger part of Path of Titans. My idea is to make families into somthing almost like a guild or clan in other games. But also keep it original.
There are many ways this could be done but some of my ideas are: Families only consisting of the same species dino (less incentive to mixpack), optional 2 parents (of opposite gender dino) per nest (like marrying into a family), being able to see the full family tree from eldest (guild creator) to youngest/newest, family slots are bought with marks donated from the family (slots become exponentially more exspensive after 10,15,20...) , can see all family members on map, a new family chat tab, and lastly a small buff for being near family.
I know thats alot but if even half of it were implemented it would add so much to the game. I beleive this could add almost infinite longevity to the game and keep players coming back. Please Like and Comment Ideas!!! thx

the duck should be able to eat the algae underwater....Since the herbivore's food (the shrub) doesn't last long, with a single duck eating almost two shrubs, a simple countermeasure is for the duck to be able to eat from the wings that are underwater, either by pulling them out or simply as if it were just another shrub, only made of algae. -

Dibble's Game TimeI love your idea, able to marry the opposite sex of your species has got to be implemented. Overall, I think it's a must have!

Sushi the SpinoAbsolutely. I would love to see families fleshed out to incentivise more cooperative play. Here's some more ideas:
- Hatchlings and juveniles within a family can exceed the max party slot limit (with a limit)
- Quests for parents e.g. raise your offspring to adolescence, feed them, migrate, protect if they are attacked
- Mating dance animations for pairing up
- Option to queue to begin from a player's nest (parents with nest slots available can see who is waiting for an egg and can accept/reject) -

WytherWyrmTo be Honest with the way the game is currently set up "mixpacking" been between same diet species seems semi encouraged. Also as a Solo Player who really enjoys raising babies, adopting Juveniles is sometimes my only option when no wants to be the species I currently playing as.
I do like the rest of this though. Upvoted. -

Woollynope. i don't like this.
this is a great way to let people abuse discord groups and mega packs even more. it also limits people even more in terms of groups and adopting their friends. we don't need more ways to hurt the solo/small friend group experience.
