Allow Community servers to disable subspecies and skins

Giving community server owners the ability to disable certain dinosaur subspecies and skins would allow for more consistency/cohesion among both realism and non-realism server types. :)

This is a great idea. I really get kinda tired of seeing neon colored skins or the joke skins on realism servers. I’m all for people using whatever they want but there are clearly some subspecies and skin types that just aren’t meant to be realistic and it kind of messes with the immersion. And considering the amount of effort some servers go to balance things to be realistic, I don’t think it’s all that bad to expect the same with certain skins.
