Simple: Allow community servers to enable/disable the ability to toggle nametags in a Replay
This feature would primarily benefit servers that take player reports from the community and value the privacy/anonymity of reports from our players to reduce the chance/likelihood of targeting, witch hunts, etc.
Possibly, instead, it could just give information of "Nearby player IDs" instead or just no identifying information period.

I disagree with this, I have seen time and time again where admins are abusing this in where they disregard there jobs but want the popularity of there server. I do not trust server owners and they should be held responsible for when they do not act on there rules and allow rb to contribute to a problem to there server. Only the game owners should have this option. Why should server owners cover up and hide there mistakes and not be held accountable, much less catch hacks and exploits?
