Rain should clean water faster.
Rain water is often clear water. And if the rain water lands on a river or pond it should be more clean. What i want to say is that if it rains, water quality should get better.

Maybe the water quality improves and replenish % available to drink in ponds, rivers lakes.
But in reality. When it rains it only makes the water more murkey, with it then to get clearer days later if it's been a substantial amount of rain .
Hard to do in game but would be cool if we had super dirty brown soup water after a huge downpour/storm.
Then after a while it clears back to how it is set now.or even clearer again. Then once the quantity/quality drops in % available to drink. Maybe send the water back down to its normal clarity.
