  This is crucial. There's so little freshwater on the map other than at major rivers. This would allow players to branch out so much further from the usual hotspots.

  That or just have rain refill our thirst or prevent it from going down under the RP assumtion that our charicter would drink from puddles.

  100% this. Puddle, refilling water sources, creating more mud, anything.

  This would be difficult to make, like for a dev, but I don’t think it would be impossible. They could dry up fast so you’d only really use it if you were dehydrated but they would be common enough that the rain could save your life.

  This would be sick but dont make all of the puddles the same size so it can benefit dinos that have dry and wet builds at the same time
