Scars should be removable.
There should be an easier option to remove scars then suicide or /heal, if you don't wanna have them.
For example a skin ability in an seperate slot you can purchase if you don't wanna have them or a flower you can find common in the map to heal them.

MedivaThere are too few likes here, this topic is very important. We are in an MMO RPG where character appearance and customization are very important. Developers, you should give players the choice to have scars or not. And change their texture, because at the moment the scars look natural only on white skin, on other colors it looks like tomato paste.

DapperWolfi would say make it a feature that servers can decide to turn on or off, for instance i know realism servers would want to keep the scar function as it is now. but i can definitely see other non realism servers wanting to make it optional, so i would say make it up to the server host whether their server has it enabled for customization or if you get to live with the scars you earn.

RedLion89Why not developer just add a slider in the skin menu to hide scars for yourself. This issue would be so easy to fix.

plutomiumIn real life you can't remove scars so why should you have this option in a realistic game? I like to see if my opponents have scars so I can judge if they are good fighters who survived some fights!

Smola@plutomium Bro I have bad news for you - it's an MMO RPG and it's not realism. We have healer dinosaurs, what kind of realism are you trying to talk about? In this type of game, looks are very important. A lot of people don't want to look like a rotten tomato after a fight, players should have a choice.

odysseymindI think scars should be SHEDDABLE, but the scars are an AMAZING and unique feature. I like seeing my scars and looking back at my first battle with a T-Rex as a Metricanthosaurus and how I narrowly survived as a sub-adult.

FrexilAbout scars the best option should be a skill offering a small screen able to appear with all informations about numbers of scares fixed on the ennemies to know if experimented fighter or not.

SimplyPhoenixI think it's better to have scars. The more scars you have the more predators will probably know not to mess with you and like Frexil said I think that it's great nostalgia to remind you of what has happened and where you have come from. Although, this should be a server option to turn off scars or give the option of removing them for players after an option of the server has been added to say like "Removable scars?".

Scars mean NOTHING. You can easily have a friend come over and bite you to scar you up and make you look 'tough'. they aren't a indicator of anything
i hate them, they're ugly and ruin my skins. -

RalphI agree, the Scars visuals we have right now are too close the visual we get when about to die.
We should be able to hide them with a client side option or they should be changed to be more discreet (a simple white scar on the skin, simple but if you look closer you can see it) because the skin when damaged looks blistered like you received a 3rd degree burn.
Or just let scars desappear rapidly after some time just like when a wound heals nicely (the visuals should be changed regardless but letting the scars desappear after a few minutes would be great). -

DeepieI think instead of a setting or a direct customization to scars, there could be an in-game mechanic to get rid of your scars! That would be pretty dope!

NoneyahScars are awesome, bring them back please they are realistic, one of the best features P.O.T had and my favorite. Don't get rid of them. What a bunch of pinky ups complaining about one of the coolest features I've seen in a game ever. Path has great potential but not if you keep listening to snowflakes with zero pvp skill. Day 1 P.O.T player here, 161 votes isn't even 2 full servers worth of players definitely weaklings that get mad over video games when they die , literally complete 2 or 3 quests and your adult again , don't want scars give your friend your trophy and move on. GET GOOD!
