Make rhamp plague scale exponentially with number of players in the vicinity!

I remember when rhamp's TLC dropped, the community was applauding the dispersal of megapacks and hotspots that it brought. This idea piggybacks off of that concept to make rhamp both more effective at handling large groups AND less effective at harassing solo players until they log and make an angry post online (hasn't happened to me, I just see the videos a lot).

As it stands right now, plague builds stacks in a linear fashion, without regard for the number of people in the area. I. e., it affects solos and groups equally. I propose switching it to an EXPONENTIAL curve, which punishes the largest groups the most heavily with comparatively little impact on solos and small groups.
The effect would not scale with number of rhamps in the area — only make it harder to get rid of — and affects anyone in the proximity regardless of grouping. This simple change could give the community a way to punish large groups while also avoiding exploits (see Beasts of Bermuda's stress system).
