Rotating x2 marks and 2x growth hotspots

Questing in a certain area will give you extra marks or growth
Rotation of hotspots every 1hr - 45 minutes
Hotspots can appear in the same format as discover location quests or appear as public for everyone
A discover location quest will appear for the group or entire server and after you discover the listed location you get 2x growth or marks for the same amount as the well rested HC buff or until you complete the entire area quests.
These can be public quests that pop up simultaneously in different areas for the entire server to prevent the toxic hunting, or could get hunting parties traveling to other parts of the map searching for a target.
Herbivore equivalent to hunt herb quest could be successive discover location quests in proximity to one another leading to 2x area
