Allowing players to change the box size and font of Server/Global announcements

Allow players to change the size of the server/global announcement box for community servers so they do not block as much of the screen when they appear. You could also allow the players to change the size of the font as well.
As many players on various platforms complain about the announcements blocking the screen during fights or running away to survive.

Or add a sliding scale of chat box/announcement transparency in settings. -

thelitelspinoohh yeah this would be great, i can't belive how anoying it is to be in a fight and then an announcement blocks half my screen. and on console its so hard to get rid of
