all carnivores should be able to eat obnoxious/rotten meat. But those who don't have the stomach for it, should then get a debuff where they lost 5% health when they ate the meat.. which they then had to rest/sleep to heal up again.
Then you can more easily hunt all critters (carcass) and get food out of it... But critters should provide more food when it is eaten based on size and in relation to the carnivore that eats.

Still good point, I agree with the debuff for non-scavenger diet ones
