Problem with recording video in the game itself, as well as with saving it

Hi everyone, I need help or something. For some reason I can't start recording video in the game itself, and I can't save it either. I don't know why it doesn't work, maybe I accidentally deleted something and so on. When I go to settings and go to the gameplay section, I find the item "Automatic screen recording" and I see that next to this item it says: "Disabled". And if you go to the "replays" section in the main menu, there is nothing there. I already asked other people about this, they said that you need to wait 10-15 minutes, in the end I waited 20-30 minutes and nothing happened.
