Fix updates!

I've been trying to update pot for over a month now with 1.20mb left on an update. I've switched wifi providers twice changed location 3 times to 3 different homes each time the update cannot get past 1.20mb and wont update any faster than 500kbts or 50 bits a second. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice I've stopped the update multiple times and restarted it I have already don't all the test bs. I now its not my wifi I can update a 143gb ark update in 30 mins. please if anyone can help that would be great, before anyone states to check if I have enough storage the driver the game is under and the update is going too has 1.5TB left.
