Let Scavengers Eat Fresh Meat

  Or.. make all carnivores like Megalania - start with fresh meat.. then scavenger (Can eat meat, fish, carrion, and bones. Fast food and water drain).
  Make that a possibility for all carnivores.
  
  Then you can finally again easily hunt all critters (carcass) and get food out of it... But critters should provide more food when it is eaten based on size and in relation to the carnivore that eats it.
  
  Or another idea is that all carnivores should be able to eat obnoxious meat/carcass. But those who don't have the stomach for it, they could get a debuff where they lost 5% health when they ate the meat.. which they then had to rest/sleep to heal up again.
