ADVENTURE REWORK! (possibly story mode?)
An Overhaul of the main game mode, while keeping the existing version of it running as a "Survival mode". Please read through this feedback page, It's a collection of my ideas that I think can add up to a fuller experience, or individually make fun additions to the game.

Could be a singleplayer mode that you can invite friends to join you in, and while saves might not cross over into multiplayer, maybe some storymode rewards could, like some skins, emotes or decorations -

Quinn / Astral ArchivistAnother potential change I could’ve added for the Survival mode section;
In survival servers, Herbivores get the collection and food quests, while carnivores get rewarded a little for critter kills, and more for player kills. No reward for killing similar carnivore types though, despite killing them still being an option.
Herbivores would not be rewarded for ANY kills, but both sides would still get the “visit location” quests. -

Quinn / Astral ArchivistSide note, not every individual addition/change suggested here is absolutely necessary to the idea as a whole. As an example, If I went over it again, I probably would’ve removed the safe zones and combat timer change

Q / AstralArchivistAnother alternative to my waystone function, only the CENTRAL waystone can be used to send yourself to another, and each one discovered is another location you can send yourself to from there. (with a timer on not being able to waystone yourself to a location where you died recently)

RhiannonOne of the modded maps has a joke quest called "Praise the random log". Functually it's just a delivery quest but even just some fancyer discriptions can make an activity more amusing. Instead of it always being flowers for the hive you could have some in some areas where it's a spesific situation. Panjura has a few of these where there is a suggestion of a story snippit but they could be improved.
