Tweak console keybinding mechanic

Just realized I never use left in dpad for quests so I thought I’d change it to record but then I realized that’s also the eat button so I’d be eating and recording at the same time, njt good. Maybe somehow make it so you can have it activated when two buttons are pressed at the same time, like the 3 through 8 hotbar abilities. Maybe Xbox could like hold rb and press left dpad to record but have just dpad to eat. Just a thought given consoles very limited button selection
