Better Moderation
Over the past few months, moderators have become increasingly strict, almost to the point of comedy - notably, Koala recently stopped an entire discussion in paleo-chat because people were using the wrong words to express how they felt about the accuracy of PoT's models, and multiple users were muted for disagreeing with this action.
Conversations that are on-topic are being nuked randomly. Slowmode is reaching well over a minute. It feels like every single day, we get told that slowmode will be decreased when more moderators can watch the chat, and yet no more are being hired despite a clear need for them. The entire Discord server feels like it's on life support, and the few moderators left are constantly abusing their power. A normal, on-topic conversation shouldn't come with the risk of being randomly smacked by a moderator.
My suggestion is simple: Get better moderators, and more of them.

The incident in Paleo-Chat was brought up within the Moderator team and resolved. The team agreed that users should freely be able to discuss the game models in this chat.
