Growth from kill rework
By default allow herbivores to grow quicker than carnivores (passive or quest) but carnivores get boost of xp through killing other dinosaurs and the age and weight of creature will directly effect how much xp(xp meaning growth) is earned from kills (side note the xp would be divided to all who dmg the target in the combat time)
Currently the only way to gain xp from killing players is through trophies although this system is cool it also brings issues with people abusing it to gain unlimited growth or causing toxicity with people teaming up with their target and then killing them. The way i suggest would discourage that toxicity and allow for more faster pacing of growth the down side would be that it would spark more kosing but at the same time encourage more herding of people for protection or to hunt larger targets making pack creatures more popular
Instead trophies should be purely for cosmetics maybe even having a name saved to them of the player who died
