Give out more partner skin keys to partner community owners
Give out more keys to partner community owner's for their skins so they can give them out during events etc.
If the community is inactive or there isnt one attached to the skin pack, then you can give them out in the official PoT discord during events like art competitions or to bug testers.
This is partly due to the fact that im a completionist and i want to have chance to collect the packs i missed but i also think its a good opportunity for people who dont have them to get them!

Partner Skins were sold as exclusives in the early development of Path of Titans. They were not given out for free and were sold as exclusives. The sale of Partner skins ended in February 2020. You can find more info here: https://pathoftitans.com/blog/partner-skin-updates
