Kaiwhekea Speed
I dont think semi aquatic dinos should be able to swim faster or keep pace with a fully aquatic one. I had a sarco chase me down as a speed Kaiwhekea, it doesnt make sense that the semi aquatic out-swims it. Basically Kai's speed should be increased all around, sprint, normal, the lunge feels pretty good. But when lunging out of the water it tends to stop you for a second when hitting the water and you slow down...
In the end Kai should be the fastest swimming creature in the game at the moment and as a speed+ Kai, a sarco was on me and one bite almost ended me. Granted I was in a river O.O but still it should be faster than any semi-aquatic (without lunge, and using sprint)

Alongside this, Eurhinosaurus should also get a speed increase of reasonable degree to compensate for Kaiwhekea's new speed- (if this suggestion is acted upon)- so the balance dynamic between the two is retained..
I'm not sure why so many semi-aquatics can out-swim marine animals inclined to speed and maneuverability in the first place, but this instance definitely presents an issue towards both gameplay balance and realism alike.
