Remove Perma Ban / Perma Mute
instead of immediately Perma muting or perma banning give temporary bans and mutes and subsequent punishments of the temporary mute/bans should LEAD TO a perm ban but it should be HIGHLY LOOKED AT FIRST. this is to stop players from being wrongfully banned due to mass reporting because believe it or not theres discords FULL of groups of PoT players WHO GANG UP ON OTHERS. wrongful mass reports should lead to temp bans!

MariaI agree , also people spend so much money on this game just to be banned because a group of people decided to banned one person and half of the time is wrongfully, ban should be like one or two days like how Xbox has, you keep ban people without get both parties side this going make people not wanna spend money buy this game

JohnnyI whole heartedly agree maybe if the game was free perma banning wouldn’t be that bad but considering it’s not I don’t think you should be perma banned for anything other then hacking the game I’ve been in hundreds of servers ranging from wholesome people who want to have fun and quest to some servers where people are making threats to each other but at the end of the day that is their right to free speech however some people do tend to take that a bit far so maybe perm muting them is the right thing to do but to perma ban an account itself just seems downright ridiculous

TobySliceI wasn't even mix packing. I was on official as an adult eotrike and my friend as a baby eptrike got attacked by a young allo pack and i killed them. 20 mins later i get perma banned without any proof pf rule break. I love pathoftitans like its the first game iv enjoyed playing for a very long time. Its really unfair that i gpt banned fpr no reason! I never mix pack! I hate mix packers.

MichaelI also believe you don’t listen to two sides of the story I may have broke one of your laws and I didn’t really read and that’s my fault but the reason I kept getting chat band is because people would start shit with me and I would report them and they wouldn’t get nothing done to them but when they report me, I would get banned and banned and banned over and over and over and I wanted to communicate with people so I got on my phone account so I can tell people where I’m at I didn’t know that I broke a rule and I would really love to get my account back. I play this game a lot. I’m emotionally upset about this.

I have my account my hubs has his he is chat banned but he was telling me to tell someone something they were confused because it was under my gamer name so I said it's (his gamer tag he's chat banned ) 5 min later I'm kicked off saying I was perm banned for evading next day he was perm banned to I didn't get a warning or anything just for relaying a message plus I had added $ to my account for skins bought the game all the add ons and everything if you want your game to continue to grow you shouldn't be so harsh first time around people make mistakes..give them a chance I was shocked and I know I'll never get a refund a chance or my game back all because I relayed a message ... Years of growing dinos paying alot of money all for nothing

AnonI have played for Four Thousand hours exclusively on the Nintendo switch. I have spent my real money getting the game for other people like family and friends. I have all the skins unlocked and it’s very painful to wake up and find out you got a permanent mute banned. All the time energy and money spent and you are given nothing. The Alderon team is very heavy handed and they won’t let you discuss sanction in the discord because I’m sure a lot more players would speak out. I don’t believe they look at the content or context of the complaint. The punishment does not match the crime. At most the amount should not exceed 1 month. People pay for this game and have spent so much time. Unless someone was threatening them irl or threatening to doxx that’s something else but getting banned permamuted for saying L or get good is straight stupid and not reasonable.

anonimoI was permanently chat-muted due to mass reports from clans organized through Discord. They coordinated to report me all at once, and after several incidents like this, I ended up permanently silenced. It's unfair, because when I reported their violations, no action was ever taken.
I seriously doubt that every report is reviewed manually as claimed, considering the huge volume they must receive daily. It feels more like a system that punishes based on quantity, not actual content.
I’ve invested time, money, and dedication into this game, and the punishment was completely disproportionate.
There should be warnings and progressive penalties before applying a permanent mute or ban, and each case should be evaluated with proper context. Many players abuse the report system to eliminate rivals, and that harms the experience for those of us who truly value this game. -

BlakeI was banned from alderon games entirely because they claim I am “underage” and won’t give me any reasoning as to why that conclusion was made. I am a 27 year old man and they say a verified minor used my account and now my account has been lost…. How am I supposed to deal with this?… no children have ever used my account. I even offered to send in my information or whatever they need to verify that yes. I’m an adult and I’m the only one to play this game

LexiI spent money on this game just to be muted. For one thing I said. No warning. Just a mute. And now I have to wait 24-72 hours just to maybe get unmuted. Extremely unfair. If I can’t get unmuted, I want a refund.

FIREGRUNT22The fact this post was made in in 2022 and this is still an issue is baffling. With the way Alderon has handled situations like this it is no surprise that the community is so toxic.
I am currently banned for "Attempting to, or harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate or incite harassment, abuse, or harm of another person, or group." despite knowing nothing said could be interpreted as such. I appealed and got a generic cookie cut reply stating each report is " Every report is individually reviewed by a member of our Alderon Games team" and I would not receive an explanation because "This evidence is considered proprietary and will not be disclosed to players."
Considering nothing I said broke the terms of use (yes I read it) and the replies to my appeal being less than an hour and a half, it is extremely transparent false accusations in fact do result in bans without Alderon reviewing each report.
It is extremely disheartening to be targeted without being able to defend myself. -

AgzenayGlobalchat is always toxic and taunting people. Staff won’t act on this behaviour and when u cant hold it any longer and stand up for yourself while being shout by 5/6 people u will get permanently mute. It is unfair! Most of the time u respectfull and once in a while u have a bad day and then u will get punished hard for no reason. Also these devs couldnt fix something simple as flood after years like what are they doing we are in 2026. And why mute people permanently and not like for a year. I think when people got 12 months mute they will think twice about what they say.

AlineeeeeeeI just got perma Publisher ban for hacking.There is a discord group who mass reported me for targetting and Alderon Games believe that I am hacking.I never did any hacks in my entire life why would u accusse me for hacking.Please Alderon Games Review all of the cases Manually and not by bots.I lost my 4 year old Account because of nothing

TrevBest to stay away from community servers. I use Juniper to test new dinos. It says it's a cool place to hang and check outs skins but should say get ganged by everyone who hears you breathe. I enjoy the competition and getting sweaty but not seeing someone b line you EVERY single time you beat them to get a revenge kill. Don't really mind the chat, just switch it off, but wish I could find a fair place to 1v1 or a least a reasonable fight because it's so fun man.
