Add Torvosaurus

I just would like to see the Torvosaurus which is a megalosaurid that lived at the same time as the Allo and Cerato. I also think it’s a lesser known Carnivore that doesn’t get much love.

I agree theres no terrestial 4 slot carnivore in the game even today and we severly need one
