Body Dragging System
Usually this would be for mostly Carnivores who wamna move their prey away from areas they know that might be hunting or populated areas
I think the dragging system should depend on the dinosaurs size and jaw force.
I think it should also run off stamina if the player drags off with it for way to long (5-6mins example)
This will greatly cause for more survival mechanics for the game and bringing in some realistic dinosaur behaviours.

DokeNot necessary when you can just pick up meat chunks.

RipsterLove this, it would add so much realism.

BeyonderGod@Doke and chunks wont mean much when it fills a specific amount, and then having to be facing other Predators when the time comes would make you lose your marks and etc so again this is something realistic to their behaviour.

xXalastorXxThis would be really cool. Like, let’s a an adult allosaurus can drag adolescent ceras and alios, adult megalania, I think this would be amazing!

Metra789This would be amazing for water creatures, especially Sarcos. Sometimes you killed something a little too far from your pond, being able to drag in back near safety would be great.

JochewiIt would be great, although the bodies disappear pretty quickly.

TAFShould go a step further and let Sarcos/Spinos have a latch abilitly when they strike under the water to pull the prey(alive) under to start attacking.

BrolyWould be a really cool feature with nests! Dragging some food to the baby hatchlings

DinoSpinoI'd say add this, many predatory creatures would fill up, and bring it to their den/home/whatever to save for later, and it might be better than just sitting with a corpse randomly in the open instead of being able to drag it somewhere, hide it, do whatev, come back and eat. And it also gives a chance for more carnivores, like scavengers, to be able to look for them and find it which is on the player that hid it.

Mini_frisehello! (no offense) but dont you think body dragging shouldnt be added? its a survival game, surviving is the real point of the game. body dragging i think is too much. maybe grabbing a piece of meat is better? it is already installed.

HotPeanutI think it's up to the size of dino to drag faster and slower stamina drain but for the smaller dino its useless if your dragging big corps and the only option for smaller dino's is to pick up meat chunks

ViperThis would be amazing for sarcos to drag bodies into the water

YeshuaMyLordWe need this to make a better experience for the carnivores, would be amazing overall.

Caboose187Would also be greatly used if included with a grabbing bite feature so sarcos can drag their prey into the water to drown.

Chupacabra@viper i think that needs to be added to they have it in other dino games ive played where the crocs can even grab smaller players and drown them which was always fun and realistic.

WolfgangWolvesBody dragging definitely 👍👍👍👍

ArianaI just made a suggestion exactly like this but without realizing someone already did it! It would feel so immersive if we had this as a mechanic, I feel like it should depend on the sizes of both the dino and the kill <3

fishyThis would also be awesome for people playing as sarcosuchus if they could grab players as well and bring them into the water, maybe a weight/size limit for who you can drag?

ReefusDeefusThis is an amazing idea, I think this should definitely be added since it would add more of a realism and survival aspect, and I see a lot of people saying chunks would be obsolete, but they would definitely still be useful but more for scavengers and juveniles.

AizenIf they do this they better fix the body’s because I swear the body’s are still alive after dying the move

KooffieSome people might say that this function doesn't make sense considering you can go and take pieces of meat, but think with me. Imagine that you have a "family" that is far from the creature/player you just killed. So instead of risking everyone's lives with them having to come to you, it's much easier for you to be able to carry the entire carcass to them. The same goes for anyone wanting to feed more safely, taking the carcass from the middle of perhaps an open field to a safer location, feeding until completely full without having to go back and forth to pick up pieces of meat.

Cannon FodderI mean, I don’t think that this would just be a cool feature to add, I think it’s a necessary one. Roblox mobile games have this system implemented and PoT doesn’t. It would also add more survival aspects to the game and I don’t thing it would be too hard to implement into the game.

potatoHERODoesn't seem like an actual need since you can just take meat chunks. Maybe increase the chunk size?
And for herbis, probably add more food sources. Just a tree could work, especially if we could take branches off and carry it for later just as we do with meat chunks.
