Bloodied Snouts On Carnivores and Herbivores In Feeding and Combat
Would be an immersive detail if dinosaurs had their snouts bloodied after eating from carcasses, picking up meat/fish, and after biting (herbivores and carnivores alike) other dinosaurs in combative situations.
Blood would then fade over time.

I'm gonna make your suggestion even better: bloody snouts, horns and claws after combat. Basically any bodypart of the dino that hurts another dino! -

ZayvrI like this idea a lot and I can see it working similarly to how a dinosaur being wet after swimming or being rained on works
an extra detail could be the blood fading after a dino takes a drink as well as over time -

SzushyCatAs a kid I always looked for dino documentaries where this happened :D and it actually was for immersion not the blood. When the snout gets bloody, I believe that the carcas, dinos made contact with injuries, unless it looks like wax dolls fighting and eating each other... at best.

YeshuaMyLordWe need this feature, I enjoy the little details which enrich the gameplay much more.
Would be cool if the bloody snout disappeared after drinking water or swimming, so the water would cleanse the blood. The Tyrannosaurus of Prehistoric Planet did exactly this, after having its snout bloody, it decided to clean it in the water. -

DragonbornAgain, I want to say this would be amazing immersion wise. I also want to share what this could look like, I made an edited version of a few ingame screenshots: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lgC_1va4mnRkFORkjRmgWXbZSfjiX-fW/view?usp=sharing

crikiit would be even better if the dead corpses decomposed over time, or when carnivores feed on them.
It is also necessary to implement a body drag system. -

IanI’ve been saying this idea since the game released I completely agree with you it sucks that they have so many of the gameplay mechanics that we want on modded servers but the devs sometimes act like they don’t care about what we want on the official side of things

RhiannonJust let us wipe our face afterwards if we so choose. Animals wash their faces.
The Isle's version is great and all but from a carnivore perspective I'm walking around with food on my face if I am not thirsty right then to rinse off or don't want to approach water unnecessarily.
I suppose I won't be too miffed if we have the Isle-like version that a few modded creatures already have. Just with the game's water quality system it might be better to not push unnessisary drinking.
P.S. yeah. Some modded creatures already have a very simple version of this so it's totally possible. -

skybluepainerThis could also work for herbs. Like the berry bushes could give red marks, pinecones leave green bits on the lips, etc. And it'd slowly fade over time but instantly after drinking.

BirdReptileFanThis would add some realism to the game, and I also think the blood should wash away when drinking water. A lot of mods already have this, so it would be great if officials had the bloodstain also.

SpinnakerI think that this should be able to be turned off because some idiot parent is gonna be like “OH MY GOD! MY BABY IS LOOKING AT FAKE BLOOD! HE GOING TO HE🏒🏒!” or something. lol. Plus the divine beasts dienosuchus has this. It would be a good example.

ShooBirdI also think getting dusty overtime can also be good too and going in the water to clean off would be good. There can also be different ways for your dinosaur to clean off. Such as, dust baths, mud baths, water, etc.!

UnknownI would love this as a feature, as already some modded dinos are using this, I would love to see this on all dinos

TheUltimateGamerGreat idea! It would also be cool if that blood gives you a buff just like one of senses on tyranotitan (forgot the name of it )

DravenPls, as some has stated the deinosuchus mod already have this, not having the snout covered in blood after eating or attacking with other dinos breaks the immersion
