Holiday/summer season skin pack event

With the amount of skin packs we have in the game on rotation, there is an increase of people who have either missed out or did not have the funds at the moment.
(FOMO is not something we should encourage in this type of game)ESPECIALLY FOR PAID LIMITED TIME CONTENT)

With the addition of the gifting system there has been a lessening of the fomo that permeates the community.
(It would also be nice if there was some type of incentive or reward for the many gifts being sent by community members who are supporting the game exponentially)

My proposed idea would be twice a year ALL the skin packs come back for a limited time,
Also at a slight 10-20% discount (this will give players the chance to catch up on skins that they otherwise have missed out on and would be a boon for the gifting community so we don’t have to spend as much on our friends,..

TLDR This ideas goal is to put a damper on the nasty feeling of missing out on something that other people have, making the playerbase more equal and encouraging more gifting.
