Give the ability to be able to change mod download directory

Currently, we are unable to change the mod download directory to another drive. It gets downloaded to > C:/Users/Your account/AppData/Local/PathOfTitans/Saved/PersistentDownloadDir/Mods <
As a person with two drives and no money (especially in this economy), I cannot buy a larger C:/ drive, and I need my downloads to be placed onto another drive. Being able to change where you download the mods would be a lifesaver.
