2026 Edition: Deinonychus Improvements for solo and group-play, avoiding forced support-role for all

There's a couple of things with Deinony that makes Raptor fights all the more fun if it received a few tweaks before Microraptor comes out.

First: Giving Deinony a fighting chance instead of being pure support.
While it is understandable the notion of megapacking and ungrouping for solo buffs are an issue, bringing Deinonychus down to Rhamph level has been a thorn by many Deinony players' side since its conception.
Solution: Give Deinony between 950 to 1050 combat weight. If you fret the spam usage of Sever Tendon, Slicer, or Pack Hunter, bring it down to 950 or 925. Just not 800.

Second: Bring its former turn radius back.
In the old days, Deinony was capable of outturning a lot of playables. Now it relies on Tail Fan and Double Jump just to survive, once again bringing up the critter mentality. Give it a chance to at least defend itself, whether PvP-related or not. Many Deinony players have left due to the fact that they can no longer play it how they want and are forced to be a liaison or assistant.
Solution: Make Deinony turn rate match Laten's or better. Doesn't have to be overtuned to be good on its own again. Just a slight tweak. If you feel that'll make it harder to hit, nerf or remove Lucky Feathers - that ability is inconsistent anyway and doesn't always activate when it should.

Third: Remove or revise most of the "supporter" tools.
Make it similar to how Laten's kit can cater to all scenarios, whereas Deinony's kit barely caters to itself nor others except one hyperspecific setup. Revise it so that players can have a reason to choose more than just one kind of build because the rest are useless both solo and grouped. Talking Raptor Strikes, Static Cling, and more.
Solution: Match some abilities to that of Laten, but in Deinony's own style and fashion.

And last: If upping the CW is tough, just nerf Pack Hunter or make its damage requirement 3 instead of 2 so that people can't abuse the free damage. Or even nerf the HP a little just so long it can fight.
