Give the Filter in Upgrades Menu a Purpose

Currently the filter in the upgrades menu has no purpose. My suggestion is remove it or add useful filter options like:

herbivore, carnivore, aquatic, semi-aquatic, bone-break, bloodloss etc.

Idea:
- add internal tags to the dinosaurs
- add tags to filter
- translate the tags for supported languages
