Make new bugtracker site easier to get to

With the launch of the new bugtracker site, I've found that it's difficult to get to in any manner you might expect - there is no easily visible link on either the Alderon Games website or the Path Of Titans website, and the bug tracker link on the launcher links to the old github still. Changing the link on the launcher and making the website easier to locate and get to would help players to submit bugs easier.
