Handling of the PTB Channels and Feedback Threads (Moderation and Channel Guideline Enforcing)

As it stands, the current feedback threads are a cesspool of arguments, where people post cheeky remarks and personal attacks, that both hold little to no value to the ongoing conversation and obscure actual feedback from being seen and supported.
As for the other ptb channels, they are not only confusing in name (which is the reason a lot of times the wrong channel is used to discuss something unrelated), but suffer from the same issue the feedback threads do.
This is moreso an observation, and a request for moderation to be more severely handled in these chats, as their purpose is to test and discuss the upcoming changes to the game, NOT to have members of the discord instigating others nonstop, to the point where the conversation devolves into insults.
