Clan only servers
We know alderon tried a way to make official servers better for solo and small group players like duo or trios by creating the solo matchmaking, imo that didnt work bcs you just had to spam servers until you get in one with your friend and start those large groups again just like in normal official. My solution for that is creating a clan mechanic in PoT and a clan based chat, those in a clan would receive boosts and rewards but they would only be paried in clan based servers, that would be beneficial for "discord groups" bcs they would only fight with each other and receive rewards at the same time and solo or small group players could play with each other as long as they dont join a clan, if a player wants to leave their clan he will need to wait a few days to join another or the same so it doesnt get exploited

JinxClan mechanic is confirmed to come in the future tmk, and it will separate non clan players from clan players from what I was told.

valthe groups who enjoy jumping solo players are going to remain in regular officials instead of using the clan servers

PerryThePlatypus23Val tbh most of the dc groups i faced only wanted to fight, yes there are big groups that enjoy jumping solo players but they mostly play apexes and are easy to avoid, but if they gave rewards to clan members like i suggested, i think even them would agree to that

Nova-Starwe should have a friend limit so you can play with only certain number of friends unless we go to a 'clan server'
that way the clans cant come in but smaller, fair groups could still play and not have a crazy gang-up. There is already a new feature preventing revenge-killing -

TethysaurusI don't think this would work. The Discord groups who would be affected by these incentives were already not getting on solo servers. All the groups who wanted to fight other Discord groups or just fight generally stayed on officials.
The Discord groups who did get on solos wouldn't care about a system for fighting other discord groups because they are specifically looking to NOT fight other Discord groups. They went to solo servers in the first place because those servers weeded out all in-game groups and most of the other Discord groups who might be peer opponents, letting them pick easy, unfair fights against solos to their hearts' content. -

Grimm_ExodusHonestly, looking at this from a "Mind my own Business" mindset, this would also be great for people, like me, who have kids that want to play with them, but don't want to deal with toxic random baby dino killers.
