Toggle foliage motion on/off - accessibility and performance issue

Let players toggle the foliage animations on and off in the graphics settings menu. My performance has been significantly worse since the grass waving in the wind was added, and it sometimes makes me motion sick to be running around (especially if I'm fighting multiple players at once) while all of the grass is moving around me. I can imagine it would be worse for players who get motion sick more easily than I do.

PanaphobeThis really needs to be addressed. I can't be the only one playing on a machine capable of having the game look great - but who is forced to keep all "Effects" in the graphics settings on low in order to avoid this one terrible effect.
