List PTB changes in the launcher

I don't have Discord at the moment, and don't plan on signing up for it. I don't have any way to view the PTB changes through Discord, so I have to scour different websites for any posts about the PTB changes, and even then my data is usually incorrect or incomplete. Simply copy + pasting the PTB changes listed in the discord, and showing them when you click a button in the launcher, would be enormously helpful.
