Tilting the screen in replay

I feel like being able to shift the angle of your camera in replay would make for some stunning action filled photos!! A good example of this is in the game Biomutant, in the photo mode, you can tilt the camera upwards/downwards, allowing for some amazing perspectives and conveys certain vibes that are hard to achieve without it :] something like the camera being half above water and half below water would be super cool! Could show a iggy getting chased by a sarco, along with the focus being on the iggy and making the sarco slightly blurred could show a panic as it approaches with its charged bite <3
