Lucky feather

Lucky feather doesnt work a lot on officals, whenever Im playing I still get one shot even when out of combat and lucky feather is done cooling down.

I'll try to get footage of this, However I can't promise I'll be able to, as the bug isn't super common and Ive only encountered it on official servers, and with those usually having 80 - 90 players sometimes it can be hard to find players, But I'll send a video of it as soon as I can.
