Official discord: Reorder the channels so that #Paleontology is not bisecting #modding and #modskins

Currently the #paleontology channel is right in the middle of #modding and #modding-skins. A really minor thing but it would be better if #paleontology was either above or under both these channels, so that they are ordered together.
