Discord Off-Topic Backer Chat

A moderated, off-topic channel exclusively for backers to discuss things that are non PoT. Images and links would be allowed, and while Alderon mods would certainly be able to monitor it, the increase in moderator helpers that are active about 24/7 would let the chat have very low chat cooldowns, and would also keep the backer chat less busy, ultimately making it easier to moderate.
Rules could be applied to prevent certain discussion topics if they become too much of an issue.

The bottom line is, the active members in the backer chat display good behavior and are regular players who would benefit from a channel that would allow them to discuss other things as friends.
