Thalassodromeus second head sloth/extra attack

To be fair... why does the thalassodromeus only have 1 attack and it gives absolut no damage with the bite.
It would be nice if the bite was twice as strong and maybe had a peck attack like hatz but only medium damage like the attack it has now.

So the present attack should deal twice the amount of damage to be fair for its's size..
and a peck attack that deals the damage the present attack does.
