Configurable Server Option for Specific Species Groups

It would be nice to have a server configuration option that allows for specific species to group with each other. For instance, a server owner could set it so that a T. rex can group with an Alioramus or a Daspletosaurus, but NOT with a Spinosaurus or an Allosaurus. This would obviously extend to mods as well.
