Add or change the mods filter for the comminuty server list

So far 99% of the community servers are modded so the "modded" checkmark filter is kinda useless. Instead there should be an option to search for how many mods min/max the server you are looking for has or change the checkmark to "unmodded". Maybe even add an option to search for a server that has specific mods.

I'd love to be able to search for specific mods. Servers with this mod or that mod. I play community servers when I want to try a specific modded critter in multiplayer after all. (Or see them in action from a ramph's point of veiw because they are very good for watching fights)
