Time of Day and Weather Indicators

I would like for there to be a visible in-game Time-Of-Day that displays on either the mini-map, tab menu, or exit screen. Technically this feature is already in the game, but only visible on the admin panel.

Additionally a little icon to display the current weather type would just be a nice little touch. A raindrop for rain, a thundercloud for storming, sun for sunny, cloud for overcast, etcetc.

This suggestion has no real practical use on official servers, but I hope it will be taken into consideration because it could be so useful for the setup of so many unofficial server rules and also helps people like me who are deaf. :') Unofficial servers matter too!
