Quest rejection / ending feature

You should be able to manually end a quest from the quest menu. It can be very annoying when you're trying to quest but then you get one that you find especially tedious, so you should essentially be able to 'skip' the quest and have it give you a new one (then that quest would cycle back later). It would also make waiting for quests to automatically fail less annoying, so when you leave an area and want to quest somewhere else, you don't have to wait five minutes for new quests to pop up and can instead end the old one yourself (immediately giving you new ones). I know there is going to be an overhaul to the questing system soon, and I think this should definitely be a small feature added to make questing a little more convenient.
