Allow Kaiwhekea Scavengers to Eat Shellfish

It doesn't make sense that a Fully Aquatic Species like Kaiwhekea can't eat Shellfish on it's Scavenger Diet. Since all Carnivore Diets can already eat rotting corpses (Carrion) by default, The only difference between the Meat/Fish Diet and the Scavenger Diet is the ability to eat bones and the faster food/water drain, which frankly, isn't an incentive at all since bones are so sparsely places around the map.

I first selected the Scavenger option for my Kaiwhekea because I remembered my Spino could eat shellfish on the scavenger diet. Since Fully Aquatics don't have water drain unless they are out of the water, and with how abundant shellfish are in the ocean and beaches (remember, Kaiwhekea gets Beach Comber), I thought it'd be a perfect Diet. Sadly, it's currently worse than the base diet of Meat and Fish.

Furthermore, research suggests that Plesiosaurs like Kaiwhekea would of preferred a diet of Shellfish and other Mollusks.*
