Editing timer values for critter dens

I think being able to either change the the cooldown timer or disable it completely on community servers would be a nice touch up. I run a private server, and most of us that play on it don't like having to wander long distances just to get a world quest done. Plus, it could help with timer frustrations for those who keep asking "when can I use the critter den again"?
