Hatz peck barrage is way to strong

  Hatzegopteryx are glass-cannon, they deal a lot of damage with their Stab or Peck Barrage, but they themselves are very vulnerable to damage.
  Hatzegopteryx are Apex Predator of the skies and they are meant to be very powerful and more ground-battle focused. They are 4-slots for that reason (for example, Rex/Spino/Titan are all 5-slots, so Hatze falls right under their group size)
  
  Anything up to around the size of an Achillobator should not initiate a battle with a Hatze, it would be like an Allo trying to take on a Rex!
