UI scaling

Is it possible to scale the UI with the Quest pop-up.. so it is max ½ the size or 1/3?

On PS5 and I assume other consoles, the text for quest objectives and ability button prompts are super tiny when viewing from distance on your couch. Being able to scale UI elements would help with eye strain
