Sharing Replay video within PoT system

Create a way to allow video's to be shared within Alderon Path of Titans between players instead of having to download a file.

As a Staff member in a community, we try to not download files from players while reviewing evidence of rule breaks and such, to protect our machines from potential exposure to malicious files. The video replay feature has already been a helpful insight to those types of tickets that we receive in the support system, yet, there is a potential to create issue for the Staff teams in the communities.

A file sharing within the replay system would alleviate that possible threat to machines and make it much easier for players to share to each other without the need to download from one another. Make it optional to download the video that they send so that it carries less risk. This would allow communities to still utilize the replay in their system and mitigate some risks to the server staff.
