Permanent Skin Packs
Now that skin packs are a thing and the two new ones are revealed to be limited time, I think there should be skin packs that are permanent additions to the store. Given their theme, it's kind of expected that the midwinter and holiday packs will leave, but it sucks that people might buy for fear of missing out. Don't prey on FOMO. Mtx are already a slippery slope that PoT is doing fairly well with otherwise. But these packs will eventually be gone, and players have no clue if next year they will be back or if they'll get replaced, just like the referral skins (more FOMO).
Enough FOMO. That's not consumer friendly. Be consumer friendly. Have some permanent skin packs in the shop players don't have to worry about losing a chance to get. And if there is to be limited time skins, make them return periodically and clarify this to your players. No more FOMO. Be fair to your players please. Also rereleasing old referral skins in a skin pack would be pretty cool too.

striehartIdeally these would be permanent, but otherwise it'd be nice if, say, they returned for the 3 winter months every year (or for Decembers or something like). There could be periodic cycles in what all is available in the skin shop. As long as nothing goes away permanently.

BorgaTo top it off, they haven't even given a specific timeframe on when those skin packs will go away, or even if they legitimately are. I'm only seeing players talk about this and haven't seen any official word on it at all, further exacerbating the communication problem.
No more FOMO please, and if there is to be FOMO then please actually communicate it ahead of time. It's completely disrespectful to the players - the customers. -
