Re-Implementation of the original Refer-A-Friend skins and reward choice
As someone who really liked the original refer a friend skins (That Eotrike skin is beautiful) I was sad to see them go with the arrival of the new skins.
Not saying the new skins should be removed, but perhaps a revamp of the referral system that lets you pick your reward skins could be nice?

BorgaI think this would be far more consumer-friendly than the current system. In other games, like World of Warcraft, their original RAF system worked exactly like that. There was a selection of rewards to choose from and you could pick one that you wanted.
Additionally, when they decided to rework their system and retire the old rewards, their playerbase was given a heads up very well ahead of time. It was far more consumer-friendly than how it was handled with Path of Titans, where there was no communication.
My personal hope is that Alderon takes all of the feedback from the players posting about this seriously and actually walks back their decision to remove the old RAF rewards and brings them back, even if it's just for a limited time (that we ideally know is a limited time with a date lol). Not only would it give players an actual final chance to pursue the rewards, it would also do a lot for a sense of goodwill and player appreciation. -

RhiannonYeeeeah. There is no reason at all to take the old ones from the shop because they released new ones. It doesn't do anything for the game. It's just artificial scarcity to try and force people to rush for referrals and it bothers me because of it.
Artificial scarcity doesn't HAVE to be toxic but it's pretty bad when it's something offered once and gone forever with no further chances to get it. Look at how primal carnage handles artificial scarcity. They just rotate stuff with some items being in their store more often then others. It's still kind of annoying but it's kind of a clever compromise between the people who want to have super rare things they can rub in other people's faces and the people who really just want their favorite skin.
If path of titans wants to create artifical scarcity please just do so with bought items. Not something that relies on something people have little control over (friends who like dinos but don't already have this game and would be interested)
