Make old Refer-a-friend skins available either alongside new ones or some other way

Making the new Refer-a-friend skins available as 7+ referral rewards, or giving both old and new skins together, or even just making the old ones available through some other means (e.g., costing a bunch of coin, a ton of marks, or some other way) would be much appreciated.
Those who already referred 6 friends are in a confusing situation, and those who were still working on the initial 6 referrals are left with no options. The lack of communication or advance warning on this is frankly a confusing decision.

I fully agree. I have 8 friends referred from last year, yet I don't have any of the 6 new skins. It seems totally unfair to me, as at no point has it been specified on their website that there were going to be new skins, that referrals would not count towards the new skins, or that there was a deadline for referrals not to count towards the new rewards.
